    i'm having a problem connecting. I'm using the same pass, url, and i.d. i always use. but i keep getting a messsage that the connection is "timed out" or something like that. Anyone know what the hell that means? or better yet, how i can fix it? i appreciate any answers.

    It could be that the server is down; you could ask your service provider if they are aware of a problem on their end. If they don't think there's an issue could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents after you get the timeout message?
