Same experience here (so far). All my shortcuts were brought over without problems. The passwords stored previously were not, for some reason and having relied on Fetch to automatically log me in, I'm now trying desperately to locate where they were previously stored (hint: apparently NOT in the keychain)
The only other disconcerting thing I've had occur so far is the refusal for the serial number and user to be accepted, as well as the notice that it will only work until 29 October.

Please contact me at https://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/feedback for help with your serial number. I'm not sure what happened to your passwords; Fetch has stored passwords in the Keychain for over a decade.

I'm beginning to suspect it's something in the Catalina update, as I've lost other registrations that I know were stored in a .plist and not in the keychain. Probably because I've studiously resisted having them "cloud" backed up.
I sent a brief message through the feedback form yesterday, along with a more detailed message to the support address that was in my original license confirmation. I see that you also posted something in one of the other message threads, so I'm sure that between all of the options you've offered, something can be made to work out.
