Transfer Multiple Files Hangs After First (2 posts)

    A customer trying to upload files to our FTP (OS-X 10.3 server) has Fetch hang after the first file is uploaded... the dog keeps running, but it never starts to upload the next file. The customer claims this is not a problem on other FTP sites.

    I have had the problem once myself using Fetch to our server. When I turned PASV mode on, the problem did not reoccurred. However, the customer had PASV mode on when they had the problem.

    Does this happen to the customer every time? Could the customer choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window the next time this happens and post the contents?
