  I'm trying to transfer my fetch program from an old computer to my new one and it won't open for some reason?
  I put in the correct serial # and it still says it's not compatible?

  Could you contact us at http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/feedback and send us the serial number you are entering? We can try to figure out why it isn't being accepted.
