  Hi

  I am running Snow Leopard (v 10.6.4) on an IMac - I downloaded the free trial version (which I must admit was painfully slow to download and stalled a little around the 16-17% complete mark). When download does finish it leaves the file Fetch_5.6.dmg in the downloads folder. When I try and open this file it tells me "the following disk images couldn't be opened." "Image: Fetch_5.6.dmg", "Reason: not recognized"

  Am I missing something? Is there a patch or another download that I should try?

  Hi Angel,

  Thanks for your interest in Fetch, and I'm sorry you had difficulties downloading it.

  My guess is one of our download servers was having a temporary problem, resulting the slowness, and an incomplete download. I've tested all our servers now and they seem to be working fine.

  I would put the copy of Fetch you downloaded in the Trash, and try again, using this link:

  http://getfetch.com/Fetch_5.6.dmg

  Please let us know if that works or not.
