trouble connecting w/ comcast cable web space (2 posts)

    've used fetch for 3ears on my internet dial up accounts - no problems. I switched to comcast cable high speed internet (great intro rate through Best Buy)
    They say their server/host name is "" , then I enter my user ID and password - and get error on password/login failed/PWP profile doesen't exist - can anyone please help with this, I have set my firewall preferences to "passive" - Thank you

    I would choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and show the contents to Comcast; either they gave you the wrong information, or there's a problem with their server (e.g. your account isn't set up properly on their end).
