trying to use fetch to upload to Rage Hosting

I am trying to get to the rage hosting website to upload changes to my website, every time I connect I get an error message that the server doesn't recognize the password.

Below is an email from Rage...this has my log in info....I am assuming that domain and Host are the same thing...I am good with user name and password...where do I enter the root directory/path info

sorry to be dense...I haven't gotten a response from Rage so I thought maybe you could answer since your company seems a bit more responsive. Thanks
