Unable to connect to server previously used (2 posts)

  In past I have uploaded files to a server for which I now receive the following:
  "server refused connection". I click "ok" and retry. The next message received is : "Error number -1".
  Server access was verified by a windows user.

  I have the same problem on two macs which are networked together with internet access through a LinkSys router.

  Same setup has worked properly in past. I can successfully connect to Fetchsoftworks server.

  Any suggestions will be appreciated.

  Hi Chuck,

  We'd like some more information to help diagnose the problem.

  After you try to connect and you get the error message, could you please choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and paste them into a reply to this message?

  We'll take a look and try to figure out what's going on.
