Unable to connect with Fetch to edit my website language (2 posts)

I recently changed the hosting platform for my website, but kept the same name it has always had. When I went to edit language on my website using Fetch, as I have for the past many years, I am now receiving the following message:

An FTP connection to "johnmillerguitar.com" could not be opened because the server rejected the password. Contact the server administrator to verify that you have the correct hostname, username, and authentication method. Server responded: "Login authentication failed."

I am using the same hostname, username, password and authentication method that I have always used since using Fetch in the first place. I am not entering any of these incorrectly, based on past experience. I need to be able to edit the language at my website. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

Since you switched hosting companies you almost certainly have a new FTP hostname, username and/or password. You should contact your new hosting company for that information.

    Thanks,
