If you could post (or email to support@fetchsoftworks.com) the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after trying to connect, I'll see what I can figure out from that information. To open the Fetch Transcript window choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu.

I have Norton Personal Firewall. My ISP suggested I turn it off. It works fine now! Thought you might want this for future customers with a similar problem. Mike

After paying for Fetch for my Mac, I am unable to successfully make a connection to my site. I have contacted my web host and they are able to make a connection on their end. What gives?
