  hi, i'm trying to upload a new file to fetch and i'm getting the error message:

  "fetch could not put 'index.html' because FTP server sent an unexpected response....server responded 'could not create file'."

  could there be a reason i'm getting this message? and is there anything i can do so i can upload the files.

  Hi,

  Evidently, when Fetch tries to upload the file the server says "could not create file". So there's some sort of problem on the server. Could it be that you're over your storage limit on the server? That would be one reason for the server to fail to create a new file. You could test that theory by deleting some unneeded files to make room and trying again.

  Otherwise I would recommend contacting the server help desk, and sending them the contents of the Fetch Transcript window when you see this error. They should be able to troubleshoot the problem.
