Hi again -
WOOPS, I tried it again and it installed fine - it was installer error, I guess!

Trying to upgrade to 5.7.1 I get the following message:
The operation can’t be completed because some items had to be skipped. For each item, choose File > Get Info, make sure “Locked” is deselected, and then check the Sharing & Permissions section. When you are sure the items are unlocked and not designated as Read Only or No Access, try again.
I have changed the permission on the old application to read & write for admin, but it still will not upgrade. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

I'm not sure why this happens, but the usual fix is to drag the old copy of Fetch to the Trash, and then install the new one.
Thanks,

Hi-
I am on Mac OS 10.6.8, and was unable to install the 5.7 upgrade.
I dragged the 5.7 icon into the applications folder, said "yes" to the query "replace existing ..", and then got an error message saying - could not complete because of existing file named fetch.
Suggestions?
