Fetch Softworks

  I have a license agreement for three locations on fetch. Two of the locations works fine using fetch on the uploads and down loads. However, two weeks ago the third location is only able to download from fetch. I reinstalled the fetch program but the problem is the same. I have checked all the preferences with a computer that is working and they are the same. I have contacted the internet provider and they say it is a fetch problem.
  CAN YOU HELP??????

  I am in a catch 22.

  In all likelyhood it is a problem with the Internet connection. You can help prove that by trying to upload with a different FTP client such as Interarchy; my guess is that you will see the same result. You can also try uploading to a different server, such as the incoming folder on ftp.fetchsoftworks.com (leave the User ID and Password fields blank to connect, and ignore the permission error when you enter the incoming folder). If you get this problem no matter what FTP client you use, and no matter what server you are connected to, that's strong evidence that the connection (i.e. the router, modem, etc.) is at fault.
