One option is to use the Mirror Folder command (in the Remote menu in Fetch) to only upload changed files. You can save a mirror command so that uploading changed files in your site becomes a simple matter of opening that command file.

this may be a silly question but i uploaded my site it consists of 20 or so pages and almost 300 images ..now if i wanted to update a page or two which i will have to start doing in a week, what is the best way to update.
stupid conclusions i came up with:
1. i can write down pages i make changes too and upload those onlly
2. i upload all images every time
Is there a way in fetch knowing what pages are not changed and upload those only or it's best uploaing from dreamweaver
