Upgrade killed my shortcuts :( (2 posts)

I really like fetch and thanks for the update, but geez it sure would have been nice if when I updated it would have kept my shortcuts.

I have a lot of sites to manage and it really sucks that I have to pull out all of my client folders and re-enter usernames and passwords for 30 websites.

If I would have known the new version was going to overwrite my shortcuts, I probably would have waited on the upgrade

    Hi,

We're very sorry to hear you had trouble with your shortcuts when upgrading. Upgrades are not supposed to overwrite your existing shortcuts - we worked carefully to make sure shortcuts would be preserved when upgrading.

However, we may be able to help you recover your shortcuts, if you want.

Do you remember which version number of Fetch were upgrading from? That information will help us tell you what to do next.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire
