  I have a trial version of fetch 5.6. I want to purchase and upgrade to fetch 5.7. I don't want to loose my shortcuts in the process. Can I do that by making the purchase on your site for 5.7 and just download and install it? Will it install into the same location and will it preserve my shortcuts?

  Yes, you can download Fetch 5.7 from our site and install it in the same location as 5.6. Your shortcuts are stored elsewhere, and will be preserved.
