    I just downloaded Fetch_5.2.dmg to upgrade from version 5.0.5. When I double click on the Fetch_5.2.dmg file, it gives me a Warning message that says "The following disk emages failed to mount: Image: Fetch_5.2.dmg, Reason: not recognized." I'm not sure what this means and why this won't work. I tried donwloading the fiel again, but every download that I've tried gives me the same message.

    Hi,

    Most likely, you need to restart your Macintosh to fix this problem. (Please read this entire message before following these instructions.)

    Save any open documents or files, and then choose "Restart" from the blue Apple menu in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. If you are asked to confirm, click the Restart button.

    Once your Macintosh has finished restarting, try opening the Fetch_5.2.dmg file again.

    Let us know if this fixes the problem or not.

    Thanks,

    I am having the same problem updating to Fetch 5.2. when clicking on the dmg I get the message. "Fetch 5.2 failed to mount. No mountable files available." Same problem after restart. I recently paid for and downloaded the Fetch update for Mac OS X.

    Hi kmkm,

    We're sorry you're having a problem opening the Fetch 5.2 disk image.

    Please try the following:

    * Put all copies of the Fetch_5.2.dmg file in the Trash.
    * Open your older version of Fetch.
    * In the New Connection dialog, enter ftp.fetchsoftworks.com in the hostname field. Leave the username and password blank.
    * Click Connect.
    * You are now connected to the Fetch anonymous FTP server.
    * You will see a copy of Fetch_5.2.dmg there. Download it using Fetch.
    * Once the download is complete, try opening it.

    Does this fix the problem?

    Thanks,
