It could be that your DSL modem needs a firmware upgrade. I would talk to your ISP, and let them know that it has trouble sending lots of information (but can download fine).
Thanks,

I am splitting the DSL with some others (2 pcs and 1 mac) and they are all uploading just fine. We were able to localize the problem to my computer.
I am pretty sure that it is not a problem with Fetch itself, but was hoping someone out there might have suggestions.
Thanks.

Have you tried connecting your iBook directly to the DSL line, rather than going through a router?
Thanks,

Yes. I tried bypassing the router and had the same problem.

The next thing I'd suspect is a broken ethernet adapter on your iBook, but it's very weird that it only has trouble uploading data. You could try a different FTP client to see if the software you're using makes any difference.

I tried another ftp client (anarchie) and had the same problem.
Right now I am uploading with Fetch using my dial up connection. It's a solution, but using my existing dsl connection would be much more convenient.
I appreciate all the help you have given, even though it isn't a problem with Fetch itself. You have great support.
Thanks.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
I am using Mac OS 9.2.2 and trying to upload
files using Fetch 4.0.2 through my DSL line. I can get files and delete files, but can put them onto the server.
Everything works great when I use a dial-up connection. I think it has something to do with how my DSL connection is configured on my iBook, but I don't know what it is.
If someone has advice, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks.
