Uploaded folders become .zip files?? (2 posts)

  Whenever I upload a folder containing multiple files and folders with more files, Fetch shows the folder as a .zip file, which is not helpful. How can I prevent this from happening? Thank you so much for your help.

  Hi,

  The next time you upload a file, check to make sure that the Format is set to Automatic and not to Zip Archive. Please let me know if that does not fix the problem.
