  I am new to using this service. I need to have someone send me a photograph. Can it be uploaded to Fetchworks and if so, how can that be done?

  Fetch is not a service provider, so it does not make sense to have your friend upload a picture to us. If you want to be able to accept uploads from other people I recommend getting a web hosting account that includes anonymous FTP service and a "dropbox" folder that people can drop files into. You can get such an account from many companies; we use pair.com.
