When I drag a folder to upload, it is trying to upload 1 zip file 3 times... eg ... "Putting 1234.zip (1of3) as binary data". But I only have 1 zip file named 1234.zip. It is also increasing the file size 3x. If my zip file is 100mb, it is uploading 300mb. Please help. Running 5.7 on OSX 10.5.8

Just tried uploading another folder, this time it tried to upload 14 instances of 1 zip folder. Have never had this problem before today, I use fetch all day, everyday, with work. It works fine when I just drag the 1 zip file over, but this is very time consuming, as I always upload folders with multiple files. Please help soon.

    Hi Aaron,

That's very odd. Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu after uploading that folder, and posting the complete contents of the Fetch Transcript window? Hopefully that will help me figure out why it's uploading the one file multiple times.

    Thanks,

Hi Jim, thanks for responding. I would like to send you the transcript, without posting it here. I am afraid the contents may show some of my clients names, and that would not be acceptable for me to post here. I will tell you that I finally just let one upload, and it ended up uploading the one file. I would like to take some screen shots and send those to you also. Could you give me an email address to send this information to you.

    Thanks
