  when i drop files on the ftp site, the data does not copy. documents appear showing no data. problem just started today. no problem downloading.

  Hi,

  We're sorry for the delay in responding.

  First, try this - after you upload, choose "Refresh" from the "View" menu (assuming you're using Fetch 5; otherwise, it's in the "Directories" menu). Do the files have the correct file size after you do that?

  If not, could you please do the following, to help us diagnose the problem:

  Quit Fetch, and open it again. Connect to your server. Drop a file on the ftp site.

  After waiting a bit to establish that it does not copy, please choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and paste them into a reply to this message?

  We'll take a look and try to figure out what's going on.
