  I'm using fetch through my college but when I input my school username and password it claims it's wrong. Is it something other than that? I'm just trying to set up and download fetch.

  Are you trying to download Fetch, or trying to use Fetch to connect to a server?

  You can download Fetch at

  http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/download/latest

  No password is required to download Fetch.

  Hi Jim-

  I'm trying to connect to the server. I downloaded it and at the end of the installment to connect to it I need my username and password. It keeps saying the login credentials are wrong even though I know they're right. Thank you.

  Hi,

  Fetch sends the Username and Password you enter to the server that you name in the Hostname field. It's the server, not Fetch, that decides whether or not to accept the Username/Password. If the server is saying that they aren't correct you need to talk to the people who run the server and make sure you have the correct FTP login information.
