You want to choose "USER with no logon" from the Proxy Type pop-up menu, and enter the IP address of your Winproxy machine in the Proxy Host field. Does that work?

I am using fetch on mac connected to satellite broadband using host PC with winproxy. I have up and down satellite connection but every time I connect to this FTP site (this is the only site I have tried because I am new to Fetch) I get a message stating "server response you are already logged in"
I hit OK then the new connection window
comes up and asks me to connect again
this is the logging info

I have my preferences using a transparent Proxy because this is the only way I can get some sort of connection without the dog running forever.
Is there some setting I need to give winproxy so that I can connect?
Thanks
