I would suggest checking the "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" box in the Firewall section of Fetch Preferences (choose "Preferences..." from the Customize menu in Fetch, then click on the Firewall tab). The firewall should be configured to allow all outbound ports.
Thanks,

When it asks if I'm using a Proxy Server, which one should I use to get it to work?

You should be able to select "None". My understanding is that ISA Server 2000 does not implement any of the FTP proxy server protocols, but you shouldn't need to use it as a proxy server if it allows outgoing connections.

How do I to configure the Fetch client to operate successfully with our Firewall - which is Microsoft ISA Server 2000? The FTP ports are open both ways and the PCs can access FTP sites just fine as long as they have the Microsoft Firewall Client installed - but there is no Firewall Client for Mac. What settings do I need in Fetch to allow it work with our firewall?
