Sorry for the delay in responding -- I didn't have 10.3.3 on my machine. What media file are you trying to view? I tried View Media File on 10.3.3 with the file ftp://ftp.fetchsoftworks.com/example/fetchlogo.jpg and didn't have a problem.
Thanks,
Jim Matthews

Once in a while, I've found it handy to use the "View Media File" feature in Fetch. Since upgrading to Mac OS 10.3.3, I am unable to do so. When I try, all I get is long black box with what looks like a Quicktime player at the bottom of it and a small amount of text near the top of the black area. Ideas, Jim?
