    Hi
I am wondering whether you do a volume license for fetch, as we have a few single versions, but want to have around 10 copies on different machines.

Is that something you do, or a discounted price.
This is for the UK, does that make any difference?

    Many Thanks

    Hi Mark,

Thanks for your interest in Fetch.

Yes, we do offer discounts when you purchase 10 or more licenses at once.

The normal price is US $29 per user/license; when you purchase 10-99 licenses, the price is US $24 per user/license. (And there's a higher discount for 100 or more licenses.) It's the same pricing regardless of your country.

And let us know if you have any further questions; if you want you can also contact us at sales@fetchsoftworks.com .

    Thanks,

    Hi ,

I was looking to see how to manage our subscriptions to Fetch. There have been a lot of people changing computers and switching roles and no longer using Fetch where we need to get others on it that weren't.
    Please advise.

    Happy New Year

    Hi Mike,

You can use any of your Fetch licenses on any of your computers, but you should not have two users using the same license seat. You can keep track of that yourself, or you might consider using a software asset management product like Sassafras KeyServer to keep track of your software licenses.

    Thanks,

Ok, It says we have seven users. Would the license# be different for each, because it seams like everyone is using the same # ?

    Thanks

    Hi,

A single serial number may cover multiple users. For example, a serial number that starts "FETCH55001-" is for a single user, one that starts FETCH55002-" is for 2 users, and so on.

    I hope this helps,

I appreciate the reply, Thank you.

My inquiry is how do I manage and retain those licenses when systems are no longer in use that they are on and we would like to give the privilege to another system/user. We may not be able to locate the systems they are not being used on as well since new systems were purchased and fetch was not uploaded to them.

    Thanks
    Mike

    Hi,

Do you have a list of all the licenses you've purchased? If not, please contact me at https://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/feedback and I will look that up in our records.

Once you have a list of all the licenses you can maintain a record of which serial number is being used by which user, e.g. in a spreadsheet or a simple text document. You would update that record whenever you assign a serial number to a different user.

    Does this answer your question?

    Thanks,

    Jim Matthews
