    Hello

    I am under OS X 10.9.5 on an iMac 21" end 2013
I cannot load fetch because a popup windows appears with:
Using finder info I have all permissions for the application folder, the application itself and my home folder!
But using a root session there is no problem.

    Any idea?

    Thanks in advance

    Bonjour

    Merci d'avance

    Hi,

Thank you for contacting us. I'd like to take a look at your Fetch.log file to see if I can figure out why this is happening. To find Fetch.log:

    1) Choose Go to Folder… from the Go menu in the Finder
    2) Enter:

    ~/Library/com.fetchsoftworks.Fetch/Logs

    and click Go

Could you send it to bugs@fetchsoftworks.com ? I'll take a look and see what I can figure out.

    Thanks,

    Jim Matthews

    Thanks for your answer.
ThE problem has been solved after using DiskWarrior.
I suppose something was wrong with the permissions.

    Amitiés :)
