  I purchased fetch this week to upload to a new website. i was at your live online chat help and the person couldn't help me so I want my money back. I found a free ftp server that works. please contact me so we can credit my card.

  There seems to be some confusion, as we don't offer live chat support. Perhaps you were chatting with the support people for your web hosting company?
