  I applied for the free license (University of Wisconsin). I want to order and pay for CD copy, but the system will not allow me to purchase.

  How can I purchase a CD?

  After checking off the box to order the CD, and entering the credit card info, this error comes up:

  Error: Please order at least one new or upgrade license

  That's correct, there isn't currently a way to order a CD without ordering a license. I would recommend downloading Fetch from http://fetchsoftworks.com and burning it to a CD instead.
