weird characters (3 posts)

    Hi All,

    I'm using Fetch with Mac OSX 10.2.6 on a networked DSL connection from home.

    I find some of my files, when uploaded via "automatic," display weird characters, like "Y"'s with accents and stuff.

    If I upload text files as "raw data" it gets rid of this problem.

    But I'd like to know if there's a way I can do it automatically, as that will make it easier for me to upload whole directories, etc.

    You probably want to uncheck "Translate ISO characters" in the Misc. section of Preferences.
