    Can you make these true?

Opening URL clipping from Open menu item takes you to the url contained within

Opening IRL clipping by dragging to the Fetch application opens url contained within.

New connection defaults to host field with the info in there hilighted (so I can blindly type)

    make the icons bigger?

"Set Permissions" should show the folder/file the user is modifying in the dialog box.

Use default finder hilite color (not black on white)

Those should not be too difficult.

I wonder if people would prefer this to highlighting the first empty field (which is the current behavior).

You can do this by specifying a larger font size (except on Mac OS X).

"Set Permissions" should show the folder/file the user is modifying in the dialog box.

    An excellent idea!

The Finder uses black, and I was copying its appearance.

    Thanks for all the feedback!

I would prefer this as, at least for me, the default host/user/path is rarely what I want.
