What is a Serial Number Name (2 posts)

  I am using a fully paid for copy of Fetch 5.7.7. I have the Serial number. When I try to open 5.8, it asks for the Serial Number Name. What in the world is that? I've tried the name of the educational entity, I tried your version number but nothing works. I didn't know serial numbers have names. My name is Bobbie, but that doesn't work either.
