What is the "serial number name" (7 posts)

  I have Fetch on my laptop, and now I've downloaded it onto my new desktop. Fetch is asking not just for my serial number, which I have, but the "serial number name." What is that? Is it the word and numbers above the serial number? Is it MY name?

  Hi,

  It should be listed as the Serial Number Name on your receipt. It's usually your name, but it can also be your company's name. Go to https://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/serial if you're still stumped.

  I think it's a lost cause. I bought Fetch so many years ago that I don't think the name is retrievable. I guessed every name, email address, and company name I could, but nothing works. I don't have all of the email addresses now that I did then. I guess it's time to buy a new license.

  I cant remember my serial number name.

  Can you find my license and MY SERIAL COMPANY NAME?

  Or do I have to buy a new license?
