Why can't I make a new shortcut????! (2 posts)

  I just purchased the new Fetch today and am getting a little frustrated...
  1. When I make a new shorcut by going to "shortcuts>make new shortcut"in the pop up window (on Fetch startup) it won't save the info correctly because every time i select the new shortcut and try to use it, all the entry fields are blank!? I even set it as the default shortcut and it still won't work
  2. How do i delete shortcuts from my list?

  Make sure you don't choose "Create New Shortcut..." or "Create Default Shortcut..." until after you've filled in the Host and User ID fields; otherwise it will create a blank shortcut.

  To delete shortcuts choose "Fetch Shortcuts" from the Window menu. Then click on a shortcut to select it and choose "Remove Shortcut..." from the Customize menu.
