Why can't i upload a cgi file in "ASCII transfer mode"? [+] (2 posts)

    and can Fetch do a CHMOD on the cgi file (If I can even upload it in the ASCII mode)

    any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Fetch refers to ASCII transfer mode as the "Text" format. So choose "Text" from the Format pop-up menu to upload in ASCII.

    To CHMOD click on the file and choose "Set Permissions..." from the Remote menu.
