Hi,
Perhaps the Windows unzipping software or the disk format (e.g. FAT32) has a 4GB limit?
Thanks,

Thank you! That solves my puzzle.

Anybody else notice that sending zip files to clients with Windows computers experience a size limit? In other words, 500MB files, 3.2GB files opened no problem, but 6GB files and larger produced an error message "The compressed zipped folder....is invalid" although these same files opened without a problem on a Mac?
