Won't retrieve files (2 posts)

    I'm using the correct ftp numbers and user name and password when trying to file photos to Singapore from US. For some reason Fetch won't retrieve the files so I can't transmit. The same problem is happening using Transmit by Panic. Any ideas as to why. All other ftp sites are working properly.

    Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents after you see the problem?
