Finding the Fetch transcript

Immediately after the problem occurs:

1. Open the Fetch Transcript window by selecting the WindowFetch Transcript menu item in Fetch.
2. Select its contents by selecting the EditSelect All menu item in Fetch.
3. Copy the transcript to the clipboard by selecting the EditCopy menu item in Fetch.
4. Paste the transcript into this form by selecting the EditPaste menu item in your web browser.
