I thought the problem was taken care of. I was able to get it to work exactly once. Now, when I really need it, I'm back to square one again. The three files that are supposed to be in the Library are not there. I have downloaded over and over, from the free place and from the store using the documentation from my purchase. This is very frustrating, to say the least. I need it now, as I have to send a file to someone. What do I do?
