Upgrade to Fetch 5

Enter your Fetch 4 serial number name and serial number below to purchase an upgrade to Fetch 5 from our web store. Your Fetch 4 serial number should begin "FETCHFL" or "FETCH4X" and have 30 letters and numbers in total. You can find your serial number by choosing "About Fetch" from the Fetch menu in Fetch 4.

If you purchased Fetch on or after March 10, 2005, or have an educational or charitable license, you qualify for a free upgrade. See below for details.

If you are unable to locate your Fetch 4 serial number name or serial number, or your serial number is not accepted, please contact serial@fetchsoftworks.com. Please include information about your order, such as your name, address, phone number, and/or email address at the time of the order.

Free Upgrades

If your serial number begins "FETCHED" or "FETCHEX" you have an educational or charitable license for Fetch. You qualify for a free upgrade and do not need a new serial number - your current serial number will work in Fetch 5. You can download your copy of Fetch 5 from the Fetch Softworks home page.

If you purchased your Fetch 4 license on or after March 10, 2005, your serial number should begin with "FETCH5X" or "FETCH5F". You qualify for a free upgrade and do not need a new serial number - your current serial number will work in Fetch 5. You can download your copy of Fetch 5 from the Fetch Softworks home page.
