Can't open FETCH downloaded program (4 posts)

  I just purchased FETCH and the file that downloaded says Unconfirmed 81478.crdownload. Can't get this to work. Please help.

  Hi Mary,

  The file you download should be named Fetch_5.6.dmg. I would suggest downloading again from http://fetchsoftworks.com. Please contact support if that does not work.

  Hi - I am trying to download Fetch onto Macbook Pro OS X 10.4.11. It downloads a 17.4 MB file with suffix dmg.dat
  This will not open.

  What should I do?

  Hi,

  The correct file should have 18,292,777 bytes.

  What web browser are you using to download the file? You might try a different one to see if the problem persists.
