  Hello - I have just uploaded a file to my webiste via the fetch transfer window, but this file does not appear yet... can you help please...

  This often means that the file was not uploaded to the right folder in order to be visible in your web browser. What is the URL of your website? If you could upload the file again, and then choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents of that window, I will try to figure out why the file is not appearing.

  Hello. I have a web page with frames so when you look for the it in the web u will automatically get two screens.
  I uploaded everything, the frames folder, the image folder and the HTMLs but when I try to see it in the web it only shows the frame index.. not the other one, it says 404 not found.. I don't know if I'm supposed to change the other one's name so that way I don't have to "index" even if one is inseide the framse folder.. or don't know

  Could you post the URL of your page, and the contents of the Fetch Transcript window right after you've uploaded the page? That information may help me figure out why you are getting the 404.
