Enable SSL for Fetch? (2 posts)

    I am trying to connect with Fetch thru new DSL to old ISP personal web space. I get the message 'Server policy denies USER command on insecure connection" and the messages state that "the FTP client must be SSL enabled." I have no idea how to do this. Can Fetch be SSL enabled?

    No, Fetch does not support SSL. You might try NetFinder -- it's the only Mac FTP client I know of that claims SSL compatibility.
