Error Code -20002 (3 posts)

    Does anyone know what the "Error -20002" message means in Fetch? I am trying to access a site and whenever I attempt to log in it returns this code. Supposedly the site does not use passive FTP.

    That error means that you are running Fetch 3.0.3, and that the server sent a line that was more than 255 characters long. Fetch 3.0.3 could not handle longer lines, but Fetch 4.0.3 can, so I would recommend upgrading. You can download a trial copy of Fetch 4.0.3 from http://fetchsoftworks.com.
