Greetings, I have a problem that was not listed in the FAQ or Troubleshooting section of the web site. When I send a group of PDF files, only the first file transmits correctly. At this point the only option is to restart the software and go through the same process to post another file. Any suggestions how I can get all files to transmit? Thank you.

Could you post (or email to support@fetchsoftworks.com) the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you see the problem?

    Thanks,

I don't think the transcript is available... once the first file is sent, fetch is in a "locked" state (the dog keeps running, but nothing is happening) and needs to be restarted. Currently I am away from the office where I am attempting the transfers... so I will attempt to retrieve the transcript next week. Any other input until then?? Thanks!

[Q I am having the same problem that it hangs after sending the first file, even if I do separate "puts". I am attaching the transcript below. As you can see, I finally aborted the task.

Ann: I think the problem you're seeing has to do with a bug in Fetch's SOCKS code. I am currently testing a fix to that bug. If you would like to try a test version and report on your experiences please send an email note to support@fetchsoftworks.com.

    Thanks,
