    Hi,
I have been using Fetch 4 for a while now and have had no problems. Recently I started working with a new customer and I am having problems uploading to their FTP. I can connect but the full file does not upload. For instance, a 20 MB stuffed file only comes through at 3.2 MB. I have the "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" box checked in the Firewall section of Preferences, Does it need to be unchecked? Or is that not even the problem? I would appreciate any help.
    Thank you.

The first theory I'd explore is whether you're running into a storage limit on the server. If uploads always stop at the same point that would suggest a quota problem. You could try removing unneeded files or increasing the quota to work around the problem.

If that is not the problem you might try Fetch 5 (assuming you are running Mac OS X 10.2.4 or later).

    Thanks,
