  been having a problem lately with files not showing up in fetch. using OSX. it has to be a setting as it worked fine a few weeks ago.

  when logging in, i can access a folder that i know should have a file. nevertheless it appears empty when viewed on my end.

  any help would be greatly appreciated.

  If you choose "Refresh File List" from the Directories window does the file appear?

  Hello,

  I've been using fetch for my mac (OS 9.1) for a couple years now. Recently, I have been having problems with it. Sometimes it disconnects itself when in the middle of connecting. Or, it will connect, but none of my files show up (even when I refresh). In fact, usually when I refresh it disconnects from the server.

  Usually, if I keep playing with it it will connect and I can upload my files. But now it's not letting me connect at all.

  Is this a problem with the software? My ISP? Or my web host?

  Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents the next time you see a problem? My best guess is that it's a problem with your ISP, but the transcript may provide useful clues.
