FTP Connection Problem in Turkey (2 posts)

  Hi,

  I am having trouble connecting with fetch. I am currently in Turkey, and they have government Internet firewalls to censure sites on the Internet. I think the problem may be because of this. Has anyone else had problems with this? Any solutions?

  My host is Hostgator, I called them, they accessed the site fine in the states, and they said they couldn't really help me beyond that.

  Any help would be great.

  Hi,

  Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents, after you try to connect?

  The transcript might provide clues to the problem.
