There does not seem o be a way to configure Fetch to use a Squid instance supporting/allowing the CONNECT method as a proxy and the means of accessing an FTP/SSL server the other side of a firewall from a client machine with an RFC1918 IP number.
FileZilla, for instance, support this method of working.
Have I missed something or is this an enhancemenet request I am making?
